Sarish S. Khan

Sarish Khan is Of Counsel to Perricone Law. Sarish focuses her work on corporate transactions in the private equity, media, and entertainment sectors, advising individuals and entities. Sarish also counsels corporate clients in forming business entities, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, and advising on corporate formalities. Prior to joining Perricone Law, Sarish worked as in-house counsel at a leading technology and ecommerce company. Sarish is highly motivated and strategic in her approach with clients.

 

Sarish is a graduate of George Mason University where she majored in Economics and holds a Juris Doctorate from George Mason School of Law where she also served as the Articles Editor for the National Security Law Journal.

 

Sarish is the Women Empowerment Ambassador for the Comprehensive Disaster Response Services Social Entrepreneurship Initiative, as well as the Women Empowerment Ambassador to the International Human Rights Commission.

 

Sarish is admitted to practice in New York.
